Are there limits to the amount of repairs?

It depends on the plan you are purchasing. First Street plans have a total repairs limit that shall not exceed $3,000, the NADA loan value or vehicle purchase price, whichever is less at the time of repairs.

What if I want to cancel my plan?

Unlike most companies, we do not prorate your refund from the in-service date of your vehicle. Your service contract contains full details on our refund policy.

How do I cancel my plan?

Request must be received within 30 days of cancellation date. If you have purchased the Total Loss Refund option, and your insurance company has deemed your vehicle a total loss as the result of as the result of a collision or act of God, RoadStar will refund the entire premium back to you or the financial institution on your behalf.

Is my vehicle service contract transferable?

Absolutely. You can transfer the vehicle service contract to another private purchaser of your vehicle.
